Erin Devlin

Managing Director

Erin Devlin is the Founder and Managing Director of Devlin Alliance. 

Erin comes from a solid recruitment background focussing on Sales and Marketing recruitment at mid to executive level.  Erin manages the Devlin Alliance team, operations, marketing and finance functions.  She is a passionate, dedicated recruiter with strong focus on relationships, detailed research and targeted results.

Erin’s commitment to Devlin Alliance includes an ongoing analysis of systems, processes and strategy.  She takes the time to find greater efficiency, innovation and quality assurance.  Investing in quality technology, ongoing staff education and development, and innovative marketing practices are just some of these examples.

Erin is actively engaged in the development of the recruitment industry, as a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) Pearl Committee for the development of emerging leaders. Erin has previously worked and travelled internationally as a Senior Associate with one of the most prominent recruitment companies on the global landscape. She is also a former dancer with the Australian Ballet, and employs the same level of dedication, commitment and precision to her leadership and consulting.

Erin is invited to speak regularly at specialist industry events regarding recruitment and retention, candidate branding, and career development. Erin is also Co-Director of Infront Sports Consulting, where she is regularly engaged by the AFL Coaches Association to provide Career Transition Services to AFL Coaches. Erin also manages Beyond the Boundary – the Australian Cricketers’ Association’s work experience program for professional Australian cricketers.
